The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all original tags and labels attached. Please note that we do not accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team and we will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to exchange the item. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. We will either replace the item or issue a refund, including shipping and handling fees.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.
